Who We Are

Window Replacements Bellevue is an introduction and inquiry service for people who want window or patio door replacement in Bellevue, WA and the surrounding Eastside. We are not a contractor, installer or manufacturer.

There are two ways to send a request on this site, and they are handled differently:

  • The main quote form appears on the home page, the Contact page and the Get a Quote page. It is run by a third-party lead service, not by us. What you type into it goes to that service and to the companies named in its notice, listed below.
  • The short quote form appears near the top of the other pages. It sends your details to us, and we pass them to a local installer who contacts you.

If you phone the number on the site instead, the call is handled as described under call details below. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure page explains the whole arrangement.

What We Collect

  • Main quote form details: the form asks for your first and last name, phone number, email address, street name, ZIP code and a message. These details are collected by the lead service that runs the form, and they may reach the companies below without passing through us first.
  • Short quote form details: your name, phone number, ZIP code and what you want replaced (windows, a patio door or both), plus the page you sent it from.
  • Call details: if you phone the number on the site, the call may be tracked by us or by a call-tracking service used by our lead partner, which may log the caller's number, the time and length of the call, and where the call came from. Calls may also be recorded. See Communications Consent for the recording notice.
  • Basic technical data: your browser type and IP address, and the pages you view, as needed to deliver the site and the forms and keep them secure.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or bank details. Please never put them in a form or a message box.

Who Receives Your Details from the Main Quote Form

The notice shown under the main quote form says that, by submitting your contact information, you give express written E-SIGN consent to be contacted about your service request by the providers it lists and by homeyou, Inc. on their behalf. The companies named are homeyou, Inc., Yelp, and Angi and its service professionals. The notice says they may contact you by marketing email, telephone or text message, including through autodialed, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls or messages. It says you are not required to buy anything, that message and data rates may apply, and that by submitting you also agree to be bound by each of those companies' terms and privacy policies.

Those companies use your details under their own policies, which we do not control and may differ from this one. They may use them for marketing, as their notice describes. Read them before you submit the form:

Call Tracking, Scripts and Cookies

The phone number on the site is a tracking number. Calls to it are tracked by a call-tracking service used by our lead partner, which may log the caller's number, the time and length of the call and where it came from, and may record the call as set out on the consent page.

Every page also loads a script from the third-party lead service that runs the main quote form, and that script may load code from other providers, including libraries hosted on Google servers. These providers can see technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and the pages you view, and may set their own cookies. We do not control them. Apart from these services, we do not use the site for advertising profiles or run analytics or advertising cookies. If we add any, we will update this page first.

How We Use What You Send

For details that reach us, we use them to answer your inquiry, pass it to a local installer, return your calls and messages, keep a record of the inquiry, improve the pages people use most, and meet our legal duties. With your consent we may also call or text you about your inquiry, as set out on the consent page. Details entered in the main quote form are used by the companies named above for the purposes their notices describe.

Who We Share It With

  • The lead service and the companies it names. For the main quote form, as described above.
  • A local installer. For the short quote form and phone inquiries, your details and job description are shared with a local installer so they can arrange a survey and send you a written quote. The installer then handles your details under their own practices. We do not inspect, approve or vouch for any installer, so please read their terms before you agree to anything.
  • The form relay. Short-form submissions travel through our website host's mail system to our inbox before they reach the installer.
  • Service providers. The call-tracking service used for calls to the site's number, and our website host, process data for us so the site works.
  • When the law requires. We may disclose information to respond to a lawful request or to protect against fraud or misuse.

We do not sell the details that reach us through our own short form or phone line to data brokers. We cannot speak for what other companies do with details you enter in the main quote form.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry and call records that reach us for 12 months. After that we delete them or remove anything that identifies you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. The other companies keep your details for the periods in their own policies.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also tell us to stop calling or texting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, saying so on a call, or emailing info@windowreplacementsbellevue.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under Washington or other state or federal law. If you make a request, we will respond as the law requires, and we may need to confirm who you are first.

Because your details may be held by several separate companies, a deletion or opt-out request to us does not automatically reach the others. Contact each of them directly using the links above, and ask any installer who contacts you as well.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect what reaches us, but no website or email system is completely secure, and we cannot vouch for the security of other companies. Please keep what you send to what a quote needs.

Children

The site is for adults who own or manage a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
