Complaints
Last updated: October 21, 2026
If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to complain, what happens next, and who else you can contact.
What This Page Covers
You can complain to us about how we handled your inquiry, how we used your details, calls or texts you did not expect, or anything on the site that is wrong or unclear.
We are an introduction and inquiry service. We are not the installer, so we do not carry out work, set prices or give warranties. If your complaint is about the work itself, the price, the timing or the contract, the installer you worked with is the first place to raise it, in writing. We will still help you where we can, for example by passing your complaint to the installer and keeping a record of it.
How to Complain
Write to us at info@windowreplacementsbellevue.com, or call (425) 279-7417 and ask to make a complaint. Please give us:
- Your name and a phone number or email address where we can reach you.
- The date of your inquiry, and the ZIP code you gave, if you remember them.
- What happened and what you would like us to do about it.
- Copies or photos of any quotes, messages or documents that help explain the problem.
You can also use our contact page. If you need help putting a complaint in writing, tell us and we will take it down over the phone.
What We Will Do
- We will confirm that we have your complaint and reply within 30 days.
- We will read the details, check our records and, where an installer was involved, ask them for their account.
- We will tell you what we found and what we can do. That may include correcting your details, deleting them, stopping contact, or passing your concerns to the installer.
- We will keep a record of the complaint and use it to improve the site.
We cannot force an installer to change a price, repeat work or refund money, and we do not inspect or approve installers. What we can do is make sure your complaint reaches them and that we stop using your information if you ask us to.
If You Are Not Satisfied
If our reply does not settle things, you have other options. These are examples, and none is a substitute for advice that fits your situation:
- Washington State Attorney General's Office. It accepts consumer complaints about businesses.
- Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. It handles questions about contractor registration. Our guide to choosing a window company explains how to check a contractor.
- The Federal Communications Commission. You can complain about unwanted calls or texts here.
- Small claims or a lawyer. For a money dispute with an installer, you may wish to speak to a lawyer or consider small claims court.
Unwanted Calls and Texts
You can stop calls or texts from us at any time by replying STOP, telling us on a call, or emailing info@windowreplacementsbellevue.com. We will record your request and act on it. Read more on the Communications Consent page.
Privacy of Your Complaint
We use the details in a complaint only to handle it. We may share them with an installer involved in your inquiry, with your permission or where needed to resolve it. See our Privacy Policy.
