Communications Consent

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This page explains the calls, texts and emails you agree to when you send an inquiry through windowreplacementsbellevue.com, who may contact you, how to stop them, and how call recording works.

The main quote form is on the home page, the Contact page and the Get a Quote page. It is run by a third-party lead service, and the consent notice under it is that service's notice, not ours. As it stands, the notice says that by submitting your contact information you give your express written E-SIGN consent to be contacted about your service request by the providers it lists, and by homeyou, Inc. on their behalf. The companies named are homeyou, Inc., Yelp, and Angi and its service professionals. It says contact may be by marketing email, telephone or text message, including autodialed, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls or messages, that you are not required to buy anything, and that message and data rates may apply. It also says you agree to be bound by each company's terms and privacy policy. Read the notice under the form itself, because it is the wording that applies to you.

Consent is not a condition of buying anything. If you would rather not give it, you can phone us or use the short quote form on one of the other pages instead.

By submitting the short quote form, you agree that Window Replacements Bellevue and a local installer who receives your inquiry may call and text you at the number you gave, and email you, about your window or patio door inquiry. These contacts may be made using an automated dialing system or prerecorded or artificial voice. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of buying anything, and you can ask for a quote by phone instead.

Who May Contact You

Depending on the form you used, you may hear from us, from a local installer, from homeyou, Inc., Yelp, Angi or its service professionals, or from several of them. They are separate businesses. Each handles its own contact with you. For more on how that works, see the Referral Marketing Disclosure.

How to Stop

You can withdraw your consent at any time, in any reasonable way:

We will act on your request promptly. Because the other companies are separate businesses, tell each of them too if they contact you, using the contact details in their own policies. Replying STOP to one sender does not stop another, and stopping us does not automatically stop them.

Call Recording Notice

Washington requires every person on a call to consent before it is recorded. Calls with Window Replacements Bellevue, and calls through the call-tracking service used for the number on this site, may be recorded or monitored to keep a record of your inquiry, to check accuracy and quality. At the start of such a call, an announcement will tell you that it may be recorded. If you stay on the line after the announcement, you consent to the recording. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the caller or end the call and email info@windowreplacementsbellevue.com instead.

Recordings are kept for the period set out in our Privacy Policy. An installer or another company that calls you may have its own recording practices, and it is responsible for its own announcement.

Call Tracking

The phone number shown on the site is a tracking number. Calls to it go through a call-tracking service used by our lead partner, which may log the time, length and source of a call and may record it as described above. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Keeping Your Number Accurate

Give us a number you control. If your number changes or you pass it on to someone else, tell us so we do not contact the wrong person.

Questions

If you have a question about calls, texts or recording, or you think we contacted you in error, write to info@windowreplacementsbellevue.com. If you wish to complain, see our Complaints page.

Window Replacements Bellevue is an introduction service, not a contractor. Your inquiry goes to a local installer or, through the main quote form, to a lead network and its service professionals, who contact you and quote directly. We may be paid for the introduction, and we do not vouch for any of them. How the introduction is paid for.
