Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 21, 2026
We want everyone to be able to read the information on windowreplacementsbellevue.com and ask for a quote. This page describes what we try to do, where we may fall short, and what to do if the site gets in your way.
Our Effort
We build the site with plain, standard web pages and aim to keep them easy to use. In practice we try to:
- Use headings in a logical order so screen readers and keyboard users can move through a page.
- Write in plain English and keep paragraphs short.
- Keep text large enough to read and set against a background with good contrast.
- Make links and buttons work with a keyboard, not only a mouse.
- Label form fields so assistive software can announce them.
- Add a text description to images that carry meaning.
- Let pages resize on phones and tablets, and let you enlarge text with your browser settings.
This is an honest effort, not a guarantee. We have not made a claim that the site meets any formal accessibility standard, and we have not had it audited by an outside specialist.
Known Limits
Some things may still cause difficulty:
- Pages or text we add later may not get the same care as the rest until we review them.
- The scripts and forms from outside providers, including the lead service and call tracking, are outside our direct control.
- Links to other websites lead to pages we do not control.
- Some images, such as diagrams or photos, may have descriptions that are shorter than you would like.
Other Ways to Reach Us
If the form is hard to use, you do not have to use it. You can call us on (425) 279-7417 or email info@windowreplacementsbellevue.com and describe the windows or doors you want replaced. We will take down the details the same way and arrange for a survey and a written quote. If you prefer a text-only message, email works well. If you need information in another format, such as plain text or larger print, tell us what you need and we will do our best to provide it.
Tell Us About a Barrier
If you hit a problem on the site, please let us know. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the device and any assistive software you were using, and what went wrong. Send it to info@windowreplacementsbellevue.com or use the contact page. We will read every report and fix what we reasonably can. If you are not happy with how we respond, our Complaints page explains how to take it further.
Keeping Improving
We check pages when we change them and fix problems as we find them. We will update this page if what we do changes.
A Note on Installers
An installer who contacts you after an inquiry is a separate business. Their communication, documents and website are their own. If you need them to communicate in a particular way, such as by email rather than by phone, tell them when they first contact you, or tell us in your inquiry and we will pass it along.
